Job summary

Coastal Oral Surgery in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Surgical Dental Assistant to join our team and support our oral surgeons during diverse procedures. You will prepare the treatment room, maintain a sterile environment, and monitor patient comfort and safety throughout surgery.

The ideal candidate has a valid X-ray license, previous dental assisting experience in oral surgery, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for candidate.
• Valid dental X-ray license required for performing radiographs.
• Experience in Oral Surgery settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Assist Oral Surgeons during procedures with instruments and materials.
• Maintain sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.
