Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from a CDA-accredited program.
• Completion of a CDA-accredited Oral Surgery Residency or significant oral surgery experience.
• Valid dental license in the practice state or eligibility for licensure.
• Necessary certifications such as ACLS/BLS, DEA, etc.
