Rodeo Dental in Midland, TX seeks an Oral Surgeon to provide high-end OS services across our clinics. We offer flexible scheduling, requiring at least 2–4 days per month, with clinics open Monday through Saturday.

You will lead Dental Assistants, address a wide range of cases including pediatric patients, and participate in continuing education events to sharpen your skills. Rodeo emphasizes accessible, high-quality care and a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Active state license in the practicing state.
• Credentialing by Medicaid is required.
• Interest in career development and dentistry skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and forge tight relationships with Rodeo team members.
• Lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to provide excellent patient care.
• See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
• Participate in CE events hosted by Rodeo Founders to grow dental skills.
• Treat all patients with respect, irrespective of socio-economic status.
• Provide notice when out of the office to allow staff to prepare for daily patient flow.
• Interact professionally with General Practice dentists daily.
• Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop strong clinic culture.
• Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow.
• Promote safety protocols and maintain a safety-first culture in the clinic.
• Communicate effectively with office leadership on clinic matters.
