Job summary

Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics Inc. seeks an Oral Surgeon to provide high-end OS services across our state-of-the-art clinics in Texas. You will treat patients of all ages, collaborate with general dentists, and participate in CE events to advance your surgical skills.

We offer flexible scheduling (2–4 OS days per month) across our 40+ clinics, with Monday–Saturday operations. Candidates must hold an active license in the practice state and pursue credentialing by Medicaid as needed.

Qualifications

• Active state license required in practicing state.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to get credentialed by Medicaid is required.
• An interest in career development and dentistry skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and forge tight relationships with Rodeo team members.
• Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients.
• See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including pediatric patients.
• Participate in CE events hosted by Rodeo Founders and members to continue to build upon dental skillset.
• Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect.
• Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow essential staff to be prepared for daily patient population.
• Interact with other General Practice dentists on a daily basis in a professional and cordial manner.
• Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic.
• Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic.
• Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic.
• Communicate effectively with office leader to ensure alignment on all matters going on in the clinic.
