Job summary

Gentle Dental Keizer, Oregon is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon to establish and grow a thriving surgical practice based in our Keizer office. You'll join an established referral network, modern technology, and dedicated clinical support to build a busy schedule.

Earn 300,000–500,000+ annually with a choice of guaranteed salary or production-based compensation, plus a 30,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling aligned to your goals.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a surgical practice with a strong referral network.
• Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with autonomy.
• Collaborate with Gentle Dental clinicians and staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and outcomes.
