Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon in Keizer, Oregon, to establish and grow a surgical practice within our office. You’ll join an established referral network with modern technology and dedicated clinical support, with the option to work at additional Gentle Dental locations.

Earn $300,000–$500,000+ annually with a choice of guaranteed salary or production-based compensation, plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling to fit your goals and personal life.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certificate from an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a thriving surgical practice in Keizer, Oregon, with Gentle Dental.
• Leverage an established referral network to build a busy surgical schedule.
• Provide clinical autonomy while working with dedicated staff and on-site CBCT technology.
• Collaborate with surgical assistants and operational support to focus on patient care.

Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon to establish and grow a thriving surgical practice based in our Keizer, Oregon office.

You’ll step into an established referral network with strong patient demand, modern technology, and dedicated clinical support — giving you the foundation to build a busy surgical schedule without having to build a practice from scratch.

Prefer to grow beyond Keizer? You’ll also have the opportunity to add days at additional Gentle Dental locations and further expand your patient base and earning potential.

EXPECTED ANNUAL EARNINGS: $300,000–$500,000+
