Job summary

Gentle Dental Keizer is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon to establish and grow a thriving surgical practice in Keizer, Oregon. You will join an established referral network with strong patient demand, modern technology, and dedicated clinical support to build a busy schedule.

You can expand beyond Keizer to additional Gentle Dental locations, grow your patient base and earnings, and choose between guaranteed salary or production-based compensation. A $30,000 sign-on is offered.

Qualifications

• Residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from an accredited program.
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one before employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a surgical practice based in Keizer, OR.
• Leverage an established referral network and dedicated clinical support.
• Provide surgical services with clinical autonomy while prioritizing patient care.

FULL-TIME ORAL SURGEON – KEIZER, OREGON Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon to establish and grow a thriving surgical practice based in our Keizer, Oregon office.

You’ll step into an established referral network with strong patient demand, modern technology, and dedicated clinical support — giving you the foundation to build a busy surgical schedule without having to build a practice from scratch.

Prefer to grow beyond Keizer? You’ll also have the opportunity to add days at additional Gentle Dental locations and further expand your patient base and earning potential.

EXPECTED ANNUAL EARNINGS: $300,000–$500,000+
