Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certificate from an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a thriving surgical practice in Keizer, Oregon.
• Leverage established referral network and clinical support to maximize scheduling.
• Provide patient-centered oral surgery with autonomy.
• Collaborate with Gentle Dental team and surgical staff.
