Job summary

The U.S. Navy is seeking a Navy Oral Pathologist for a full-time, in-person role with an annual compensation ranging from $185,000 to $230,461. Annual Compensation: $185,000 to $230,461

Key Responsibilities

As a Navy Oral Pathologist, you’ll diagnose and manage diseases affecting the oral and maxillofacial region in support of military readiness and clinical care. You’ll evaluate oral and maxillofacial biopsy specimens, diagnose infectious, inflammatory, and neoplastic conditions, and provide consultative support to dental and medical providers across the Navy and Marine Corps. You’ll collaborate on complex cases, support treatment planning, and contribute to maintaining diagnostic readiness across the force.

Minimum Requirements
  • DMD or DDS from a CODA-accredited U.S. program
  • Completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology residency (or in final year)
  • Board certified or board eligible in Oral Pathology (or in final year)

  • Between the ages of 21 and 57 (Federal Law: Title 10 U.S. Code section 531 and 532)
