Job description

The Oral Surgeon specializes in surgeries of the mouth, gums, teeth, neck, and jaw. As an Oral Surgeon, you will consult with patients about treatment options, perform surgeries, and stay updated on the latest advances in surgical and dental technology.

1. Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
2. Perform surgical procedures such as extracting impacted or damaged teeth, placing dental implants, and removing tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
3. Utilize a patient-centric approach.
4. Operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
5. Be hardworking, ethical, and reliable.

Education and Experience

• Single or dual degree required.
• Good standing with the Board required.
• Must be current on all licenses, certifications, and continuing education.

Skills and Abilities

• Understanding of the importance of a referral base and strategies to expand and grow it.
• Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
• Implant-oriented with a desire to perform at the highest level.
