Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon for our Minneapolis, MN location. We utilize cutting-edge technology to deliver permanent teeth in 24 hours, aiming to redefine dental implant excellence. Join us to drive change and provide a premium patient experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Potential earnings of $500,000 - $1,000,000+ per year
• Maximize earnings with generous per arch rates
• Steady case flow and volume-based bonuses
• CRNA, sedation, and secure airway provided for every case (not deducted from pay)
• Focus on all fixed AOX cases, no singles or multiples, for streamlined procedures
• Handle permanent, next-day restorations with on-site restorative doctors
• Titanium bar cross stabilization and digital workflow enhance success and passivity

Work Arrangement

• Part or full-time contract roles available, with no non-compete clauses
• Flexible schedule: 2 days/week or full schedule
• Typically Monday-Thursday starting at 7 am, adaptable based on needs

Training & Collaboration

• Hands-on complex case training from experienced professionals
• Collaborate with a network of surgeons for peer review and mentorship

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are efficient, self-motivated, communicative team players. Surgeons should have:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Post-graduate surgical certification in the U.S.
• Unrestricted dental license in Minnesota
• DEA registration and current CPR certification
• Experience with All-on-X procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform dental implant surgeries, including extractions and alveolectomies
• Collaborate with restorative doctors for treatment planning
• Examine, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Adhere to safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines

Typical Day

• Prepare for surgeries, review patient history and radiographs
• Perform surgeries, document notes, and collaborate on cases
• Contribute to changing lives through exceptional care
