42 North Dental in Peabody, MA is seeking an Oral Surgeon who is board eligible or board certified to join our growing multispecialty practice.

This full-time role offers a strong earnings potential: full-time surgeons earn over $500,000 annually with a guaranteed minimum of $350,000, and part-timers receive per diem. Our state-of-the-art facility supports comprehensive care with implants and sedation.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development.
• Implant placement and surgical procedures involving sedation in our growing multispecialty group practices.

We are currently looking for a Oral Surgeon who is board eligible or board certified. Facilities are equipped and permitted for anesthesia (permit D). This can be a full-time career track or a great way to supplement downtime in your practice. Part Time providers are provided a per diem of $1,200 - $1,700 plus per day or % of collections. Our full-time surgeons earn over $500,000 annually, and a minimum of $350,000 will be guaranteed for full-time employment.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
