Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in implants and advanced surgical procedures.
• DEA license and anesthesia permit (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and neck.

• Educate patients on treatment options and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and professionalism.

Overview

Full‑Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at Houston Oral Surgery and Implant Center in Houston, Texas. Partnering with Dr. Sean Kim, the practice is known for clinical excellence, advanced technology, and a patient‑centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and neck
• Perform full‑scope AMS procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Dental extractions, including impacted third molars
  • Dental implants, All‑on‑X, and implant‑supported prosthetics
  • Bone grafting and sinus augmentation
  • Pathology and biopsy procedures
  • Management of oral infections and facial trauma (as applicable)
• Provide IV sedation and anesthesia services in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with referring dentists, orthodontists, and medical professionals
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, risks, and post‑operative care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and professionalism
