Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking an Oral Surgeon in Chula Vista, CA to join our Southern California team for a monthly, one-day-per-month schedule at the Chula Vista practice located at 520 Broadway, Suite 1, Chula Vista, CA 91910.

This opportunity offers flexibility between W-2 employment or 1099 independent contractor arrangements, with a plan to balance clinical autonomy and support from a larger group. You will work alongside an established dental team to provide exceptional specialty care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Oral Surgery Residency program.
• Graduate of an accredited dental school.
• Active California dental license or ability to obtain one by the start of employment.
• Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI.

Responsibilities

• Provide one monthly oral surgery day at Gentle Dental Chula Vista.
• Join an established dental team and collaborate with colleagues.

Part-Time Oral Surgeon | Chula Vista, CA

Add one consistent day per month to your schedule with an established Gentle Dental practice.

Gentle Dental is looking for an Oral Surgeon to join our Southern California team, supporting patients at our Chula Vista practice one day per month.

We are open to both W-2 employment and 1099 independent contractor arrangements, giving you flexibility to choose the structure that best fits your existing practice and professional goals.

This opportunity is designed for an Oral Surgeon looking to add a consistent monthly day to their schedule while working alongside an established dental team.

Compensation

Oral Surgeons are compensated based on a percentage of production, ranging from 45%–50% of production, depending on the provider arrangement and applicable terms.
