UHC Solutions is seeking two Oral Surgeons to join our Integrated Health Center in Central Wisconsin. You will deliver quality-focused oral health care in a team-based setting with Dentists, Medical and Behavioral Health professionals, serving rural underserved populations.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, visa support (H1B/TN), and a schedule of 5 days x 8 hours with no late nights or weekends. Wisconsin license and active DEA are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental school with D.D.S. or D.M.D.
• Graduate of an accredited Oral Surgical Residency; NEW GRADS WELCOME!
• Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in Wisconsin
• Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate

Job description

We are hiring two Oral Surgeons! Join our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health Center in Central Wisconsin. This position involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to the rural underserved. As an Oral Surgeon at our organization, you will work closely with other Dentists and Oral Health professionals, Medical Providers, Behavioral Health Clinicians, and our fantastic support staff in a team-based approach to patient care. The mission of our Integrated Health Center is to provide culturally competent, high‑quality oral, primary, and behavioral healthcare to the medically vulnerable population. Compensation

Compensation: $300,000 to $500,000 DOE

Schedule: 5 days x 8 hours

Operational hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm “No late nights or weekends!”

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree
• Graduate of an accredited Oral Surgical Residency * NEW GRADS WELCOME!
• Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin
• Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate

Preferred Requirements

• Local knowledge and connections to community health care and social resources are desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Clinical experience serving low‑income and uninsured patients.
