Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry with DDS or DMD.

We are hiring General Dentists! Join our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health Center in Central Wisconsin.

This position involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to rural, underserved communities. As an oral health provider at our organization, you will work closely with primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.

The mission of our Integrated Health Center is to provide culturally competent, high-quality oral, primary, and behavioral healthcare to the medically vulnerable population.

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages! Compensation: $200,000+ DOE Schedule: 5 days x 8 hours Operational hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm “No late nights or weekends!”

• Paid Time Off - yearly 200 hours / 25 days / 5 weeks
• Additional increases with longevity CME PTO + Reimbursement - yearly 960 hours / 12 days / 2.4 weeks PTO Up to $5,800 reimbursement each year!

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree
• Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin
• Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate

• Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients
• Local knowledge and connections to community health care and social resources are desirable
