GraceMed Health is seeking a Chief Dental Officer to lead our oral health team across five dental sites in Wichita and Topeka, Kansas. You will guide a dedicated team of dentists, hygienists, and staff to deliver high-quality, accessible care to diverse communities.

As chief oral health leader, you will shape clinical strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with senior leaders to integrate oral, primary, and behavioral health services.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited dental school with D.D.S. or D.M.D.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in Kansas or eligible for licensure
• Active DEA certificate required or eligible

We are hiring a Chief Dental Officer at GraceMed Health! Come join our oral health team and be a part of our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health Center in Wichita and Topeka, Kansas. Our CDO leads, manages, and motivates a dedicated oral health team of 12-15 dentists, 6-8 hygienists, and a host of dental assistants across 5 brick-and-mortar dental sites. Our team delivers quality-focused oral health care services to everyone in our communities, including our underserved, without regard to ability to pay. As the chief oral health leader and provider at our organization, you will work closely with our oral health providers, support staff, and other senior leaders to deliver care in a team-based approach. The mission of our Integrated Health Center is to provide culturally competent, high-quality oral, primary, and behavioral healthcare, showing the love of Jesus Christ by offering compassionate, accessible, comprehensive health care for residents of the communities we serve. We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages: Compensation: $230,000 - $266,000 DOE Schedule:40 hours, Monday - Friday Clinic Operational hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree
• Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Kansas
• Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate
• 3 years of clinical leadership experience
• 5 years of FQHC or public health clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients
