Job summary

Britt Medical Search is assisting a surgeon-owned and led practice in adding a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team. The role involves consulting with patients, performing complex surgical procedures including implants, and maintaining a patient-centered, referral-driven workflow.

You'll work with a dedicated surgical team and business professionals to support patient care and growth of the referral base. Training on the latest devices and emergency readiness is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Experience with dental implants and complex reconstructions preferred.
• Willingness to learn digital workflow and full-arch protocols.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
• Perform surgical procedures including extraction of impacted/damaged teeth, implants, and tumor removal.
• Adopt a patient-centric approach and collaborate with referring dentists.
