Spencer Britt in Utah seeks a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a surgeon-led practice. The role focuses on implants, full-arch protocols, and comprehensive oral & maxillofacial procedures in a patient-centered, referral-driven environment.

Surgeons will work with a dedicated team and leverage a digital workflow to deliver high-quality care while expanding the referral base and maintaining strong communication with referring dentists.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery required.
• Demonstrated expertise in dental implants and full arch protocols.
• Ability to work with a digital workflow and willing to learn.
• Surgical experience including extractions and lesion removal.

Responsabilités

• Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
• Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
• Utilize a patient centric approach.
• Operate with referral doctor centric mindset.
• Understanding of the importance of referral base and how to expand/grow it.
• Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
• Implant oriented and desire to learn how to do them at the highest level.
