Britt Medical Search is seeking a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a surgeon-owned and led practice in California. The role focuses on comprehensive surgical care, implant placement, and managing complex oral and facial cases with a patient-centric approach.

The ideal candidate will leverage digital workflow tools, expand referral networks, and collaborate with a dedicated surgical team to deliver exceptional results and patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
• Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
• Utilize a patient centric approach.
• Operate with referral doctor centric mindset.
• Understanding of the importance of referral base and how to expand/grow it.
• Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
• Implant oriented and desire to learn how to do them at the highest level.

Responsibilities
