The VIOS Clinic in the Baltimore–Washington, DC area is seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a growing private practice. The role covers comprehensive OMS care including implants, extractions, pathology, and rehab, with a busy caseload and autonomy.

Flexible full-time or part-time schedules with benefits and a sign-on bonus. Potential earnings up to $1M+ in a supportive, multi-location practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in OMS procedures and excellent surgical skills.

Job description

Role:

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMS) in a growing private practice within the greater Baltimore–Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical care, including implants, extractions, pathology, and rehab. Perform office-based procedures, sedation cases, and consultations. Manage a busy caseload with an average of 10 patients daily, primarily procedures. Support autonomy with strong surgical and administrative backing. Participate in optional hospital cases.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in OMS procedures, excellent surgical skills, and ability to work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Key Duties:

• Handle a mix of surgical procedures, patient consultations, and post-operative care.
• Maintain high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
• Manage light call responsibilities and work across multiple locations if desired.
