Women in Endo in Milwaukee invites board-certified or board-eligible clinicians to join a premier practice with turnkey pathways to ownership and flexible scheduling.

This high-volume, 3,500 sq ft facility offers 2 operatories, advanced robotics, supportive staff, and mentorship from an experienced owner-surgeon. Positions include full-time, part-time, or Locum Tenens with generous compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental/surgical residency program (Board Certified or Board Eligible).
• Active Wisconsin Dental License and DEA Registration (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong commitment to patient care, team leadership, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope clinical consultations, surgical extractions, third molar removals, bone grafting, dental implant placements, and related specialty procedures.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation (completing clinical notes within 48 hours to support administrative billing workflows).
• Cultivate positive relationships with patients, staff, and referring doctors as a compassionate clinical leader in the local community.
• (Optional) Manage elective hospital privileges for complex surgical cases based on interest and practice scope.
