Wisconsin license and DEA registration are required, with implant/surgical expertise

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental/surgical residency program; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active Wisconsin Dental License and DEA Registration (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong commitment to patient care, team leadership, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope clinical consultations, surgical extractions, third molar removals, bone grafting, dental implant placements, and related procedures.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation (within 48 hours) to support administrative billing workflows.
• Cultivate positive relationships with patients, staff, and referring doctors as a compassionate clinical leader.
• (Optional) Manage elective hospital privileges for complex surgical cases based on interest and practice scope.
