Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Start Date: ASAP  |  Pay Rate: $400,000 - $1,100,000

A prominent oral surgery practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a new associate, with a partnership track available if desired. Join a well-supported team with dedicated staff. The surgeon from day one will be paired with an RN and two surgical assistants in the clinic. Our RNs are ACLS/PALS certified and support sedation, monitor patients, start IVs, administer medications, and communicate with healthcare providers. Our staff also includes a nurse practitioner who assists with OR cases, hospital rounds, and diagnosis and treatment.

Our practice has dedicated departments for scheduling, HR, insurance, transcription, and collections, enabling surgeons to focus on patient care. The new associate will be busy from day one. Our scope includes dentoalveolar and implant surgery, full-arch immediate-load implant restorations (“All on 4”), orthognathic surgery, pathology, and facial cosmetic surgery.
