Position: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Pay Rate: $400,000 base salary + $40,000 sign-on bonus

A prominent oral surgery practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a new associate with a partnership track available. The surgeon will be supported by an RN and two surgical assistants, with the RN certified in ACLS/PALS, supporting sedation, IVs, medications, and communication with healthcare providers. The practice includes a nurse practitioner who assists with OR cases and hospital rounds, and dedicated departments handling scheduling, HR, insurance, transcription, and collections, allowing surgeons to focus on patient care.

The practice specializes in dentoalveolar and implant surgery, including full-arch immediate-load implant restorations, orthognathic surgery, pathology, and facial cosmetic surgery. The environment fosters quality care and team collaboration.
