Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing).
• 5+ years experience in the Utilities industry (Electricity, Gas, Water, or Energy).
• Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Oracle CC&B implementations and enhancements.
• Lead SIT and UAT activities across multiple project phases.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather and validate testing requirements.
• Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Validate end-to-end business processes within Oracle CC&B.
• Support data validation, integration testing, and regression testing activities.
• Facilitate UAT workshops, defect triage meetings, and status reporting.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and quality processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
