Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an Oracle Technical Lead based in the United States. The role drives technical excellence, AI-enabled enterprise transformation, and scalable Oracle architectures across multiple engagements.

You will lead a distributed technical team, collaborate with AI agents, and influence technical strategy while ensuring delivery quality. The position supports US business hours with potential travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with Oracle technologies and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and providing technical direction.
• Strong architecture skills and delivering complex enterprise solutions across engagements.
• Ability to apply AI-enabled approaches and collaborate with AI agents to improve delivery.
• Experience balancing strategic leadership with hands-on contribution and delivery oversight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to contribute to pre-sales technical solutioning and translate customer needs into architectures.
• Experience working with distributed teams across locations and time zones.
• Willingness to travel; U.S. business hours; and remote work within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop the Oracle technical team within the Center of Excellence.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across engagements.
• Drive AI-enabled delivery alongside AI agents and integrate capabilities into transformation projects.
• Design and guide Oracle solutions for complex enterprise needs.
• Establish technical standards and reusable capabilities to improve execution.
• Coordinate delivery with distributed teams across the U.S. and India.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities through technical solutioning and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with Head of CoE to strengthen capabilities and support business objectives.
• Travel to customer and partner sites as required.
