You Are

You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work

You are an Oracle Tech/CIO - Technology Lead.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of Oracle technology solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project management, ensure technical excellence, and provide leadership in solving complex technology challenges across the Oracle ecosystem. You will be pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring successful outcomes in Oracle technology implementation projects, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle cloud technology solutions and consulting, preferably in a professional services firm

+ Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering complex Oracle technology cloud projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

+ Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or other Oracle technologies (e.g., ERP, HCM, EPM)

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience

Bonus Points If:

+ You have expertise in Oracle Cloud PaaS technologies, including automation and AI tools

+ You possess strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering technical solutions to global clients

+ You have a passion for innovation and helping organizations leverage new technology trends

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
