Job summary

Ingrain Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced EPM Administrator to power FP&A through Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning/EPBCS) and related modules.

You will administer day-to-day operations, manage metadata and COA hierarchies, and build forms, dashboards, and reports in collaboration with FP&A teams. You will own data integration via Data Management and EPM Integration Agent, ensuring accurate reconciliations with ERP sources.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle EPM administration experience (Planning/EPBCS at minimum; FCCS/ARCS a plus).
• Strong FP&A knowledge — budgeting, forecasting, planning cycles, and management reporting.
• Metadata and dimension management, including Chart of Accounts and reporting hierarchies.
• Business-rule development (Groovy / calculation scripts) and form/dashboard build.
• Data integration experience (Data Management / EPM Integration Agent) with ERP/GL sources.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP / GL as the upstream source for EPM.

Responsibilities

• Own data integration — Data Management / EPM Integration Agent loads, mappings, and reconciliation with source systems (GL / Oracle Fusion ERP).
• Administer security, user provisioning, and access roles; support monthly close, planning, and forecast cycles.
• Manage monthly patch cycles, environment refreshes, backups, and issue resolution.
• Partner with FP&A analysts to improve models, automate manual steps, and keep reporting accurate.

ROLE SUMMARY

Administers and maintains the Oracle EPM platform that powers FP&A — planning, budgeting,

forecasting, and reporting. Keeps the applications stable, secure, and accurate, and partners with

finance teams to translate planning needs into well-governed EPM configurations.

WHAT THE CANDIDATE WILL DO

• Experience supporting SOX controls and audit requirements within EPM.
