Job summary

Jade Global, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Solutions SME (SCM) to develop and maintain trade compliance documentation and training materials for Oracle Cloud SCM.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Order management and Planning and manufacturing, and the ability to troubleshoot trade compliance and SCM integrations. Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of experience, with in-depth knowledge of configurations and integrations, and certifications in Oracle

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM modules including Order management, Planning and manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Experience with integrating third-party trade screening systems or applications with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM.
• Certifications or specialisations in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM are highly desirable.

Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials related to trade compliance processes within Oracle Cloud SCM. Provide subject matter expertise and troubleshoot issues related to trade compliance, export screening, and SCM integrations. Monitor and analyse trade compliance processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Bachelor's/Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration) or equivalent work experience. 7-10 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Order management , Planning and manufacturing. In‑depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM configurations, customizations, and integrations. Extensive experience with integrating third‑party trade screening systems or applications with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously within the Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM ecosystem. Certifications or specialisations in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM are highly desirable.

Pursuit Management:

Prepare proposals to ensure alignment with our client's requirements, quality of content, and conformance with the methods and practices of our client. Develop and/ or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence. Provide sales team support and leadership for solutions.
