Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a Supply Chain Solution Principal to oversee the implementation of Oracle's SCM solutions. You will leverage comprehensive knowledge of Fusion SCM, including Purchasing and Supplier Management, to define solutions tailored to business needs. The role entails hands-on configuration, training, and managing user communication both onsite and offshore. Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive experience in the specialty.
• Experience with end‑to‑end implementations in Fusion SCM.
• Strong experience conducting CRPs, solution design, and testing.
• Must have experience of conducting CRPs, end to end solution design in SCM, Configuration, Conversion validation, user training and cutover.
• Must have good experience of working with the business, talking the business language and translating business needs to the solution in Fusion ERP.
• Must preferably have Oracle AI knowledge especially Fusion AI Agent Studio and Embedded AI in Oracle Fusion.
• Must be hands‑on and comfortable in configuration, solution detailing and preparation and review of functional specs.
• Ability to leverage implementation best practices, experiences from past SCM Cloud projects and apply them.
• Must be able to understand Business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
• Experience with testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle Supply Chain Cloud modules.
• Experience in functional testing and coordinating with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
• Onsite‑Offshore communication and work management.
• Experience leading Super User training and supporting other training related activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also पसंद three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
