Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an SCM Systems Analyst to support the Oracle ERP & SCM technology team. The role serves as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to enable and enhance capabilities within the Oracle SCM portfolio.

This contractor position supports a multi-year ERP rollout across multiple plants, with ongoing BAU work and a transition toward new facilities. The ideal candidate will assess gaps, clarify next steps, and drive solutions to completion in

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, preferably Oracle, in manufacturing environments.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support Oracle ERP/SCM rollout and BAU activities.
• Document requirements, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams for testing and UAT.
