Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a qualified Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Solution Analyst for Supply Chain & Manufacturing in the US. You will design, configure, and optimize modules including Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, and Costing to support global supply chain operations.

You will lead end-to-end configurations, testing cycles, production deployments, and quarterly cloud updates while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across IT, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with related experience.
• 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or E‑Business Suite SCM.
• Hands-on with Oracle WMS: inbound/outbound, receiving, put away, inventory movement, picking/packing, ship.
• Able to write functional specifications for REST/SOAP integrations, BIP/OTBI reports, FBDI templates and Redwood UI/security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional designs across Fusion SCM modules.
• Configure Fusion setups for Inventory, Manufacturing, Work Definitions, Cost Management, OM, Procurement, and Planning.
• Design end-to-end flows: Order-to-Cash, procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Cost-to-Report.
• Lead module configurations, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and production deployments.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates—impact analysis and regression testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement, finance and IT.
• Troubleshoot issues; manage SRs with Oracle Support; ensure timely closure.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios; prepare FDDs and SOPs.
• Support data migration activities and define OTBI dashboards for SCM KPIs.
