Oracle is seeking a skilled Oracle Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to implement, configure, and support Oracle CX Sales Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud solutions in Redwood. The role focuses on end-to-end implementation, design using Redwood UX and VBS, and cross-system integrations.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable technical designs and provide ongoing L2/L3 support after deployment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience implementing Oracle CX Sales Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud.
• Experience with Redwood UX framework, Visual Builder Studio and Express Studio.
• Ability to design scalable solutions across lead-to-opportunity and service processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Oracle CX Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Re-architect and configure applications using Redwood UX, VBS, and Express Studio.
• Analyze business processes to design scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Design and support integrations via OIC or REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead UAT and provide ongoing L2/L3 maintenance and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.

in Redwood.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy) for Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Service Cloud (B2B/B2C Service).
• Redwood Experience Design: Re-architect and configure existing Oracle CX applications using the modern Oracle Redwood UX framework, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Express Studio.
• Solution Architecture: Analyze business processes to design scalable, best-practice solutions spanning lead-to-opportunity management, service request management, knowledge bases, and omnichannel routing.
• Integrations & Customizations: Design and support integrations between Oracle CX modules and external ERP, CRM, or third-party platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST/SOAP APIs.
• Testing & Support: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), address complex technical issues, and provide ongoing L2/L3 application maintenance and enhancement support.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional business leads, functional team members, and client architects to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
