Job summary

Axiom Global Technologies is seeking a senior Oracle SaaS Cloud R2R Techno-Functional Solution Architect to lead end-to-end R2R implementations in Oracle Fusion. You will design GL and Intercompany models, configure SLA rules, and drive FAH-based event modeling. Strong client interaction and onsite work in Philadelphia, PA are expected.

The ideal candidate combines functional finance knowledge with technical depth in Fusion architecture, reporting, integrations, and solution design.

Qualifications

Oracle SaaS Cloud – R2R Functional Expertise

• 6–8 years of experience as an Oracle SaaS Cloud techno-functional consultant, with expertise in Oracle General Ledger and Intercompany.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), including the design of event models beyond basic pass-through configurations.
• Strong expertise in designing and configuring complex Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules and mapping logic.
• Deep understanding of foreign currency translation and revaluation processes in Oracle Cloud.
• Proficiency in Essbase reporting and developing or using Smart View reports.
• Proven experience designing and managing complex allocation rules, including intercompany allocation structures.
• Working knowledge of Cross-Validation Rules (CVRs) and Chart of Accounts (COA) governance.
• End-to-end knowledge of Intercompany processing, covering both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) flows.

Oracle Technical and Integration Expertise

• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and technical table-level structures.
• Experience with RICE components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI reporting in the R2R domain.
• Experience with Oracle SaaS configurations, functional specifications, design documentation, and test script creation.
• Good understanding of integrations between Oracle SaaS General Ledger and third-party applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams on technical solutions, data migration, extensions, and issue resolution.

Oracle E-Business Suite Experience

• 5–7 years of prior experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules.
• Overall professional experience of 12–15 years in IT, with a strong background in Oracle Financials and R2R solutions.

Certifications and Communication

• Oracle SaaS Cloud certification in the Record-to-Report domain is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact directly with client stakeholders and senior business users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, requirement-gathering, and solution-design capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

The following skills are advantageous but not mandatory:

• Experience with Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), particularly for Chart of Accounts and hierarchy management.
• Experience with Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
• Familiarity with Oracle Agent Studio.

Education

• 12–15 years of overall professional experience, including the specified Oracle SaaS Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite experience.
