Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking an Oracle SaaS Cloud O2C Techno-Functional Solution Architect in Philadelphia, PA. You will design end-to-end O2C solutions, work with OTBI reports, data migration, and OIC integrations, coordinating across IT teams and business users.

The role requires 12–15 years in IT with significant Oracle Cloud experience and strong communication to interact with client stakeholders. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of IT experience with 6–8 years in Oracle SaaS cloud techno-functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Receivables and Cash Management in Fusion.
• Experience with data conversion, mapping and large-scale data uploads.
• Proficiency with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
• Experience integrating Oracle SaaS with third-party apps via OIC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and design end-to-end Oracle O2C solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to build RICE components (reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions).
• Understand Oracle Fusion architecture at table level for dev handoffs.
• Hands-on OTBI reports development in the O2C domain.
• Resolve functional and technical issues; create design and test docs.
• Work on SaaS configurations, specs, and PaaS design; test scripts.

Job Description:

Oracle SaaS Cloud O2C (Fusion Receivables & Cash Management) Techno-Functional Solution Architect

The Oracle SaaS Cloud O2C (Fusion Receivables & Cash Management) Techno-Functional Solution Architect will be hands-on senior level consultant who will provide solutions, manage configurations, extensions, data migration from Source system in the client’s Oracle SaaS & PaaS ecosystem. This will include coordination within different groups.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the client to analyse business and technical requirements and design end-to-end solutions in **Oracle Receivables & Cash Management**
• Consultant will work with technical team to build RICE (reports, interfaces, conversions & extensions)
• Consultants should have pretty good idea of technical table level structure of Oracle Fusion architecture, so, they can work with development team
• Should have hands-on experience on OTBI Reports in the O2C Domain area
• Resolve functional and technical issues
• Work on SaaS Configurations, Functional Specifications Documents, Design documents, Design PaaS Solutions, Test Script Creation
• Work with business Users and IT teams to resolve defects, issues
• Knowledge of Oracle Agent Studio will be preferred

Required Skills:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Oracle SaaS cloud Techno functional consultant in **(Oracle Receivables, Cash Management)**
• Prior to Cloud experience, Consultant should have experience of 5 to 7 years in Oracle E-bus Oracle Finance Modules
• Overall Functional experience should 12 to 15 years.
• Good knowledge on integrating Oracle SaaS General Ledger with third party applications
• Ability to understand business requirements, Mapping to Oracle fusion application functionality, Gap analysis to arrive end-to-end technical solution in Oracle SaaS Application is needed
• Excellent communications skills for direct interactions with client key stakeholders.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Need Oracle Certifications on SaaS Cloudin O2C area
• Strong proficiency in **SQL querying**, along with hands-on experience building **OTBI** and **BI Publisher reports**.
• Extensive experience in **data conversion** from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including detailed **data mapping** and resolving complex field-mapping challenges.
• Deep, practical expertise with **FBDI** and **ADFDI** for large-scale data uploads and bulk processing.
• Solid experience with **Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)**, including the creation of both **technical** and **functional design documents** involving OIC integrations.
• Hands-on experience with **OIC data flows** and **data transformation processes** utilizing **ATP custom schemas**.
• Proficiency with **UCM (Universal Content Management)** for file handling and integration touchpoints.
• Ability to work with **REST and SOAP APIs**, including calling, testing, and integrating with Oracle Cloud services.
• Experience implementing **AI Agents**, with knowledge of deploying both **custom-built** and **out-of-the-box** agents within Oracle Cloud.
• Familiarity with **Postman** for API testing and validation (preferred).
• Familiarity with **VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service)**
