Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 in the United States to analyze complex business processes, define solution architecture, and lead ORMB customizations and integrations. The role includes data migration, performance optimization, and security/compliance initiatives within a healthcare and financial services context.

The position requires hands-on ORMB configuration experience, excellence in requirements documentation, and ability to coordinate with technical teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 4-5 ORMB projects experience.
Billing functional knowledge across all ORMB modules.
Understanding of healthcare domain and ASO/fully insured billing.
Understanding of financial services sub-domains like corporate banking, retail banking, capital markets, cards/payments, insurance.
Hands-on experience configuring ORMB including pricing setup, rules setup and accounting setup.
Ability to elicit, elaborate and document requirements and create functional design.
Experience collaborating with technical teams on design.
Experience defining test scenarios and performing functional testing.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft requirements aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Define and develop solution architecture; steer customization and integration efforts based on business analysis.
Design and implement advanced ORMB customizations and develop critical software applications with the development team.
Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect ORMB with external apps; lead data migration strategies.
Implement performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience; lead audits for security and standards.
Create detailed documentation for complex ORMB customizations and lead training workshops for various user groups.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill And Experience

Ability to understand, elaborate and document requirements as well as create functional design.
Experience in working with technical team to understand technical approach and design.
Experience in defining test scenarios and doing functional testing.

Preferred Skill And Experience

An ability to provide hands - on leadership, coaching, mentoring to junior developers.
ORMB upgrade experience.
Able to provide solution design in integrating with ORMB and BI reporting tool.
Experience or desire to work in global delivery model.
Ability to communicate complex technology to stakeholders or management teams.

Additional Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
