Job summary

Infosys in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to join our Oracle Cloud Finance team. You will gather requirements, assist in ERP customization, and implement features across AR, AP, GL, FA, and CM modules, ensuring data integrity and security.

You will contribute to solution design, integrate new capabilities, and document changes while coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders and clients to deliver practical business solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM).
• Minimum 2–3 Oracle Cloud implementations or AMS engagements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional specs, solution design, prototyping, testing and training.
• Knowledge of data conversion/migrations and interfaces/reports with third‑party applications.
• Familiarity with Oracle project methodology (OUM) and CRP/SIT/UAT testing.
• Ability to identify functionality gaps and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications.
• Contribute to solution architecture by customizing ERP modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features, perform code reviews, and maintain the codebase.
• Participate in system integration via interfaces and ETL processes.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in software engineering practices and various business processes.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Finance (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM) modules.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Basics.
• Experience at least 2-3 Oracle Cloud implementation and/or AMS engagements.
• Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training and implementing practical business solutions.
• Good knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling data conversion/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces and reports with 3rd party applications.
• Experience in Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
• Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience in various business processes in respective domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
