Evolve Partners is supporting a specialist consulting firm on an urgent requirement for an experienced Oracle Retail Business Analyst / Change Consultant to join a major, multi-year retail transformation programme.
This is a hands-on consulting role sitting between the business and the wider programme team. We're looking for someone who understands Oracle Retail merchandising processes but can also work directly with business stakeholders across process, change and adoption.
The programme is in the early stages of implementation, with Oracle MFCS (core merchandising/master data), Sales Audit and Invoice Matching forming key parts of the solution.
You’ll support a broad range of activities including:
Direct, hands-on Oracle Retail experience is important. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience across:
MFCS / RMS | ReSA / Sales Audit | ReIM / Invoice Matching
You don't necessarily need to be a specialist across every module, but you should have genuine Oracle Retail implementation experience rather than general Oracle ERP/Fusion exposure.
Ideally, you’ll also bring:
The programme is largely remote, with the client based in the Dallas area. Some travel/on-site presence may be required at points during the programme, so candidates should be able to travel when needed.
Contract opportunities may also be considered.
This is an urgent requirement, so we’re particularly interested in people who are available relatively quickly.
If you’ve worked hands-on with Oracle Retail merchandising applications and enjoy operating at the intersection of business analysis, process and change, I’d be interested in hearing from you.
