Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle, Oracle Utilities, and ETL tooling.
• 5+ years with PL/SQL scripting and relational database modeling.
• 5+ years experience with structured system development methodologies.
• 5+ years ability to build strong relationships with customers and respond to needs.
• 5+ years ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex technical procedures.
• 5+ years experience with BI tools such as Business Objects or BIRT.
• 5+ years experience with Agile development (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• 2+ years data warehouse experience.
• 2+ years experience developing dashboards with Power BI and Azure Synapse.
• 2+ years familiarity with Amazon RedShift and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reporting requirements for NC FAST Case Management System reports.
• Develop and maintain data extracts, ETL batch jobs, and reports.
• Design, code, test, and document data interfaces and reporting solutions.
• Create and optimize SQL queries over large tables with CLOBS/XML.
• Support 24x7 on-call rotations.
