Job summary

OST Workforce seeks a report developer for NC FAST reporting and data extraction using Oracle, PL/SQL, and ETL tools. The role involves analyzing requirements, designing, coding, testing and documenting data interfaces and dashboards, with on-call rotation.

The candidate will work with large CLOBS/XML data, build complex queries, and deliver BI solutions using Power BI, Azure Synapse, and related tech. On-site Raleigh NC preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience using Oracle, Oracle Utilities, and ETL tools.
• Strong PL/SQL scripting and relational DB modeling experience.
• Familiarity with structured SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and respond with urgency.
• Experience with BI tools for dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Data Warehouse concepts and large data handling.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document reporting requirements for NC FAST Case Management System.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document data interfaces and reports.
• Develop complex SQL queries against large tables with CLOBS/XML data.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Azure Synapse.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support/rotation for reporting operations.
