Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking a transformation expert to help clients digitally transform Record to Report processes using Oracle Cloud. You will lead workshops, advise on design options, and drive end-to-end R2R implementations across diverse client projects.

The role requires deep experience in Oracle Financials, strong advisory capabilities, and a track record of delivering complex configurations and integrations with Oracle Cloud solutions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) business processes.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to understand R2R requirements and design robust solutions.
• Lead and co-advise a project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions.
• Plan and organize tasks, report progress, and manage client expectations.
• Provide design options using prototypes and help clients transform their business with Oracle Cloud.
