Job summary

Accenture seeks a transformation-focused Oracle Cloud Finance expert to lead end-to-end Record to Report implementations. You will run design workshops, guide clients through R2R processes, and deliver integrated Oracle Cloud solutions with a senior project team.

Travel 0–100% may be required depending on client needs. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive business outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (GL and FAH).
• Minimum 5 years in a functional advisory/consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation.
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end Record to Report processes.
• 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud FIN implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years work exp); if associate, 6 years exp.
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand R2R requirements and design robust solutions.
• Help clients understand leading R2R processes and transform with Oracle Cloud.
• Identify risks, options, and design approaches to meet client needs.
• Offer prototype-based design options for clients.
• Lead and mentor a project team to set up, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions within Oracle methodologies.
• Plan tasks and report progress on deliverables.
• Build client trust to ensure project delivery.
• Support business development and client engagement efforts.
• Stay updated on Oracle features to deliver optimal solutions.
