Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Oracle Project Manager to lead the RMCS Stabilization and Simplification program, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive remediation, testing, deployment, validation, and closure. The role owns governance, planning, risks and dependencies, and reporting, with Steering Committee communications to ensure deliverables reach completion.

Ideal candidate brings senior-level PM experience with strong accounting/finance knowledge to understand month-end close, data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong Oracle project management experience.
• Accounting cloud implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS and financials.
• Strong Understanding of ERP as a whole.
• Oracle RMCS experience strongly preferred.
• PMP

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an Oracle Project Manager to join their team, The Project Manager will lead the day-to-day execution of the RMCS Stabilization and Simplification program, coordinating cross-functional business and technology teams to drive remediation, testing, deployment, production validation, and closure. This role will own project governance, integrated planning, risks and dependencies, stakeholder coordination, status reporting, and leadership/Steering Committee communications to ensure open deliverables are driven through completion. We are looking for a senior level PM that has a strong knowledge in accounting/finance to understand the internal processes behind how they are operating things like month end close, accounting data reconciliation etc. This role is fully remote and an ongoing project to oversee RMCS projects and initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong Oracle project management experience
• Accounting cloud implementation experience
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS and financials
• Strong Understanding of ERP as a whole
• Oracle RMCS experience strongly preferred
• PMP
