Job summary

CTC is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Costing Consultant with end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation experience. You will implement, configure, and support Oracle Project Costing solutions while partnering with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders to deliver robust project financial management.

Required: a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in Oracle ERP consulting, including 5+ years in Fusion PPM; expertise in Project Costing, Capital Projects, Grants Management; proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle ERP consulting experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) experience.
• Strong experience in Oracle Project Costing
• Grants Management (preferred)
• Capital Projects
• Proven experience leading at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of project accounting principles and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Project Costing.
• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Configure Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management modules.
• Define project structures, expenditure types, cost rates, burden schedules, and capitalization rules.
• Configure labor costing, indirect costs, burdening, revenue recognition, and billing processes.
• Integrate Project Costing with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, HCM/Time & Labor.
• Develop functional design documents and support technical development activities.
• Execute system testing, UAT, training, and production deployment.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Work with finance and PMO to improve project accounting and reporting processes.
