Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation consultant with deep Oracle Applications and Oracle Cloud Project Management experience to lead design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Cloud Projects. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, managing workshops, and delivering integrated PPM solutions for clients.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive scale in global work streams, and travel as needed to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Applications.
• 4+ years in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud.
• 3+ years experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation.
• 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, 6+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design robust solutions.
• Contribute to large-scale, global Oracle-focused work streams.
• Lead delivery teams to design, set up, test, and deploy Oracle Project Management solutions.
• Explain Oracle Cloud data model conversions and advise on conversion strategies.
• Guide testing cycles and perform cutover activities for go-live readiness.
• Plan tasks and report progress; travel may be required.

You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

• Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommend robust design


• Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle.


• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out PPM solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud.


• Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Project Management solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment.


• Understand Oracle Cloud Projects data model conversions and advise business teams on conversion strategies.


• Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation


• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.


• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What you Need:

• Minimum of 6 years experience working with Oracle Applications


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud (Project Financial Management: Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Control, Project Billing, and Enterprise Contracts for Project Billing, Project Execution Management: Project Management, Project Resource Management, Task Management)


• Minimum of 3 years experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project


• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations


• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience)

Bonus Points If:

• Oracle Project Management Cloud Certification


• Support the delivery team with expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud product suite, and by providing implementation support, bug fixes, and customer support.


• Have good Cross-Functional exposure to Finance and other modules
