Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-minded Oracle Cloud Project Management professional in Overland Park, Kansas. You will lead design workshops, guide Oracle Cloud PM deployments, and ensure end-to-end delivery from configuration to go-live.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years with Oracle Applications, 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations, and strong client-facing consulting experience. Bachelor’s degree required; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience working with Oracle Applications.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management: Project Financial Management and related modules.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.

The Work

• + Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommend robust design
• + Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle.
• + Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand‑out PPM solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud.
• + Lead teams to design, set‑up, test, and deploy Oracle Project Management solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment.
• + Understand Oracle Cloud Projects data model conversions and advise business teams on conversion strategies.
• + Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go‑live preparation
• + Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
• + Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What you Need

• + Minimum of 6 years experience working with Oracle Applications
• + Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud (Project Financial Management: Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Control, Project Billing, and Enterprise Contracts for Project Billing, Project Execution Management: Project Management, Project Resource Management, Task Management)
• + Minimum of 3 years experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project
• + Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
• + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience)

Bonus Points If

• + Oracle Project Management Cloud Certification
• + Support the delivery team with expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud product suite, and by providing implementation support, bug fixes, and customer support.
• + Have good Cross-Functional exposure to Finance and other modules
