Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll consultant for a hybrid role with a minimum three days in the office. Primary locations include Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; or Tampa, FL. You will support and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, lead fit-gap analysis, and deliver reports.

Relevant certifications and SQL experience are a plus. The role emphasizes collaboration with offshore teams, thorough documentation, and ensuring system stability across payroll solutions for

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Associate degree requires 6+ years.
• SQL experience or Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support implementations: configuration, testing, deployment.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions during implementation.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training for HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for HCM Payroll configurations and processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional/offshore teams to resolve support issues.

The Work

As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant, your daily tasks will include:

• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.

• Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.

• Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.

• Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports

This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring Locations are Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX or Tampa FL.

Here’s what you need:

• At least 3 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:

• SQL query experience
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
