Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Management professional to lead design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Cloud PPM solutions for global clients. The role involves directing teams, workshops, and implementation activities across multiple workstreams.

You will work with Oracle Cloud projects, manage deployments, and guide data conversions while coordinating with stakeholders and delivery leads. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience with Oracle Applications.
• 4+ years experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management (Project Financials, Project Billing, Enterprise Contracts for Project Billing, Project Execution Management).
• 3+ years as functional advisory/consulting on Oracle Cloud transformations.
• 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (min 12 years work exp). If Associate's, 6+ years exp.

• Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring Oracle expertise.
• Collaborate with project team and client stakeholders to deliver an Oracle Cloud PPM solution.

• Guide data model conversions and advise on conversion strategies.
• Support go-live through testing cycles and cutover activities.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress.

You Are:

You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

• Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommend robust design

• Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle.

• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out PPM solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud.

• Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Project Management solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment.

• Understand Oracle Cloud Projects data model conversions and advise business teams on conversion strategies.

• Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation

• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What you Need:

• Minimum of 6 years experience working with Oracle Applications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud (Project Financial Management: Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Control, Project Billing, and Enterprise Contracts for Project Billing, Project Execution Management: Project Management, Project Resource Management, Task Management)

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project

• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience)

  Bonus Points If:

• Oracle Project Management Cloud Certification

• Support the delivery team with expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud product suite, and by providing implementation support, bug fixes, and customer support.

• Have good Cross-Functional exposure to Finance and other modules
