Job summary

Avenue 45 seeks a Sr Manager Applications to lead the Oracle Idea to Market (PLM) track, driving architecture, implementation, and operations for Oracle Fusion initiatives. Hybrid work enables on-site collaboration in Irvine, CA or Fort Worth, TX.

You will mentor managers, analysts, and developers, shaping the product roadmap and ensuring scalable, secure PLM solutions that align with business needs and Oracle standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Implementation Experience: Proven track record with Oracle Fusion implementations, including at least three end-to-end projects.
• ERP Knowledge: 12+ years of experience with Oracle ERP products and strong PLM process knowledge.
• Fusion Experience: 5+ years with Oracle Fusion platform (preferred).
• Leadership: 5+ years managing teams in an ERP environment, preferably Oracle Fusion PLM track.
• Certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations (preferred); Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Certified (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead techno-functional configurations of the Oracle Fusion PLM platform.
• Manage and mentor a team of application managers, analysts and developers.
• Own the full lifecycle of the Idea to Market (PLM) track products from implementation to optimization.
• Configure PLM modules, workflows, interfaces, and integrations to connect with other systems.
• Provide governance, security, development practices, and deployment planning for PLM products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design strategic roadmaps for PLM systems.
